Damian Parsons, Tristan Hardy and Thomas Lawler

Damian originally started work with Country Scale in August 2006. After a few years, he left to work in the mining industry in Western Australia and than later took on a Farm Managers position. Damian returned to Country Scale in February 2018 and, using his previous experience gained at Country Scale, is now planning and overseeing the day to day service schedule.

Tristan joined the family business as Service Manager in April 2004 after moving to the Goulburn Valley from Melbourne.
Tristan has worked in the scale industry for over 30 years and has a wealth of experience.
In 2017, Tristan took on the day to day managing of the business to give his father, John, the well deserved (almost) retirement.
John now enjoys going sailing, fishing, tinkering in his shed and volunteering at Shepparton Sailability but despite all his hobbies, he is still happy to help out if needed.

Tom started work with Country Scale in February 2009 as a trainee. Tom has matured into an experienced and very reliable technician.

Our female support staff:

Tracey Scott originally worked with Country Scale from 2008 until the end of 2011. Tracey returned in August 2016 and again supports the team in all aspects relating to administration. Tracey works 4 days a week, Monday to Thursday.

Helen Hartmann (Tristan's wife) originally worked with Country Scale from January 2013 to mid 2015, driving the small test truck and accompanying Tristan on weighbridge test runs, completing test/calibration reports and supporting the team
with administrative tasks.
Helen has been back working with Country Scale since May 2019 and is now looking after finance and marketing and steps in when and where help is required. Helen works 3 days a week, Monday, Wednesday & Friday.

Barbara Hardy (Tristan's mum) Barb has been the back bone of the business since the Hardy family bought Country Scale back in 2002, supporting husband John in all business matters. Barb continues to help out every Tuesday, processing payroll, paying our suppliers and addressing ATO requirements.
